“George was a man of many talents, proud grandfather and father, devoted husband, loyal Hawkeye fan, and treasured friend to those of us so lucky to have him cross our path in life. He had perfect pitch and a beautiful singing voice. He made choir a joy for me with his gentle nature and easy to follow command of every song. His passing leaves a hole in our community. Comfort and peace to his family.”
