HARCOURT

   Sherry L. Peterson, 77, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at the Fort Dodge Villa Care Center.

   Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at the Lost Grove Township Cemetery, Harcourt with Pastor Susan Rohden officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Palmer Funeral Home, Gowrie.  

  Sherry is survived by her sister Mickey and her husband Don Feilmeier of Harcourt, nephew Scott (Nicole) VanSickle and their daughters, Kayla (Austin) DeMeyer, Kynlee, Braelyn, and nephew Ben (Katie) VanSickle and their children, Maddie, Cale, and Molly.

  She is preceded in death by her parents, Reuben and Pat (Johnson) Peterson.

  Sherry L. Peterson was born August 28, 1944 in Harcourt. She was raised and educated in Harcourt. Sherry loved her knitting board, that was made by her father and completing word search puzzles. Sherry thought the world of her nephews and their families. She was always interested in their lives and activities.

   Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
